Work

• Established UX Design as a new function and served as an evangelist for user centric design thinking in building product, resulting in design-first product initiatives and expansion of design team.

• Strategically tackled product UX standardization and consistency through creation of an auto-generated pattern library, allowing developers, designers, and product managers to easily identify and adopt usage of components.

• Partnered heavily with engineering to build UX standards into React components, including automation tests to ensure consistency with distributed teams.

• Led the user centric design charge in creating Insights for Sales, a new product empowering sales leaders to make tactical decisions based on empirical data and industry benchmarks with AI features predicting attrition, taking the product from product ideation stage all the way through to product implementation.

• Launched UX Research function with a focus on user research and data-driven design, resulting in major changes in product approach to building new features and enhancements.

Design Standardization Project
